THOMAS, Judge.

T.W. (“the mother”) and N.W. (“the father”) separately appeal from a judgment of the Calhoun Juvenile Court (“the juvenile court”) terminating their parental rights to J.W. (“the child”).

At the outset, we first determine whether the father has filed a timely notice of appeal to this court. The Calhoun County Department of Human Resources (“DHR”) filed a petition in the juvenile court seeking to terminate the mother’s and the father’s parental rights to the child on May 18, 2015.
