REES, Justice.

Defendant was charged by county attorney’s information with two counts of the crime of delivery of a controlled substance and one count of possession thereof, all in violation of § 204.401, The Code, 1973. The information alleged defendant delivered marijuana on October 16,1973, and made a further delivery on November 1 of that year. At the time of his arrest, he was allegedly in possession of a small quantity of hashish, for which he was also charged.
