This matter is before the court with the Report and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, made in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(a) and Local Rule 73.02(B)(2)(g), DSC. 1 The plaintiff, Christie Scott (“Scott”), filed this action against her employer, Ameritex Yarn (“Ameritex”), alleging harassment and constructive discharge on the basis of sex in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”).
