PER CURIAM: *

Attorney George Dulin (“Dulin”) brought a lawsuit under 42 U.S.C. § 1981 against the Board of Commissioners of Greenwood Leflore Hospital (“the Board”) claiming that the Board discriminated on the basis of race when it voted to replace him as attorney for the Board. Dulin first presented his case at trial in 2010, and, at the close of Dulin’s case-in-chief, the district court granted the Board’s motion for judgment as a matter of law.
