OPINION

CORNISH, Judge:

J. G. Cryan was charged in the District Court, Tulsa County, Case No. M-77-870, with the offense of Practicing Dentistry Without a License, in violation of 59 O.S. 1971, § 328.1, et seq. (State Dental Act). He was found guilty and sentenced to pay a fine of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars. The appellant seeks a declaration by this Court that the State Dental Act of 1970 is unconstitutional as being violative of the Due Process and Equal Protection Clauses of the United States and Oklahoma Constitutions.
