This case arises out of the tortious conduct of former San Diego Police Officer *1219Anthony Arevalos. In response to Areva-los’ acts, Plaintiff Jane Doe (“Plaintiff’ or “Doe”) filed suit against Defendants City of San Diego (the “City”), Arevalos, and nine of Arevalos’ past supervisors1 in the San Diego Police Department (the “Supervisor Defendants”).
