This case comes before us for a second time. Previously, we reversed a judgment in favor of Appellee, John Thork-ildsen, because the district court specifically declined to consider parol evidence of an alleged oral agreement regarding repayment of the loan at issue in this case. 1 Following remand, the district court once again entered Judgment in favor of Mr. Thorkildsen.
