MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff the United States (the “Government”) filed this action seeking injunctive relief and disgorgement against Defendant Douglas Mesadieu (“Mesadieu”) for alleged violations of the, Internal Revenue Code. (Doc. No. 1). On March 8 & 9, 2016, the Court held a two-day bench trial. (See Doc. Nos. 61 & 62). Prior to trial, the Court issued a Stipulated Order of Permanent Injunction against' Mesadieu. (Doc.
