MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is defendant’s Motion to Compel Discovery (Feb. 9, 2012) [ECF No. 75]. Upon consideration of the motion, the opposition and reply thereto, plaintiffs Cross-Motion for Protective Order [ECF No. 84], the opposition and reply thereto, and the record herein, the Court denies in part defendant’s motion to compel. The Court is inclined to compel discovery on one issue, but will stay issuing an order in favor of giving the parties an opportunity to resolve the remaining discovery issues.
