Appellant Millie Max appeals the District Court’s order granting the motion to dismiss filed by defendants, the Republican Committee of Lancaster County (“RCLC”), the Lancaster County Republican Headquarters (“LCRH”) (a nonprofit corporation controlled by the RCLC), David M.
