MEMORANDUM OPINION
JOHN E. RYAN, Bankruptcy Judge.
Trustee in this Chapter 11 case seeks authority to disburse certain proceeds from the sale of property located at Bear Valley Community Hospital (the “Motion”). Trustee intends to pay various equipment lessors to cure certain pre- and post-Chapter 11 defaults due lessors on various equipment leases with debtor or the Bear Valley Community Hospital District (the “District”).
