FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW RE: MOTION TO CONDITIONALLY ASSUME LEASE FOR OUTRIGGER HOTELS HAWAII

On August 8, 1986, Diamond Head Emporium, Inc., (“Debtor”) filed a Motion to Conditionally Assume Leases with respect to that certain lease demising to Debtor the restaurant premises located at the Reef Hotel at 2169 Kalia Road, Honolulu, Hawaii. A hearing was held on September 30, 1986, at which time the court approved the Debtor’s conditional assumption of the lease upon certain terms and conditions.
