Before the Court are the (1) Complaint of the debtor Tracey Patterson (“Debtor”) pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 506 to determine the extent of the lien held by LJR Investments, LLC of Bucks County (“LJR”) on real property owned by Debtor located at 1241 Myrtlewood Street, Philadelphia, PA (“Myrtlewood”) and 2914 Thompson Street, Philadelphia, PA (“Thompson”) (the “Adversary Proceeding”) and (2) Debtor’s Motion to Modify Plan after Confirmation (the “Modification Motion”). 1 This is the second litigation between these parties.
