This case is before the court upon Ponce de León, 1403, Inc.’s (hereinafter referred to as “Debtor” or “Ponce de León”) Motion Requesting Valuation Hearing under 11 U.S.C. § 506 and Fed. R. Bankr. P. 3012 in Order to Proceed under Section 1129(b)(2)(A)(iii) as to PRLP (hereinafter referred to as the “motion requesting valuation”).
