Shortly after a lighter belonging to S. C. Loveland Company, Inc., had been loaded by Lavino Shipping Company with a cargo of sulphur which was the property of General Chemical Company, the lighter careened and capsized, dumping the sul-phur into the water and damaging th<? *966lighter.
