WASHINGTON, Circuit Judge.

Appellant was tried in the District Court on four counts of perjury. D.C.Code 1951, Tit. 22, § 2501. The first three counts concerned his testimony before the Reconstruction Finance Corporation Subcommittee of the Senate Banking and Currency Committee. The fourth concerned his testimony before the grand jury. He was found guilty on all four counts and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of from four months to two years, to run concurrently, on each.
