Colleen Wolff appeals the district court’s 1 finding that her employer (Berk-ley) did not discriminate against her on the basis of sex or fire her in retaliation for her complaints of sex discrimination. She also appeals the district court’s grant of a directed verdict to Berkley on her common law fraud claim. We affirm the district court in all respects.
