This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court of Baltimore City in favor of the plaintiff in an action in assumpsit brought- by the Baltimore Trust Company, a corporation, against John 0. Roth and others. It was brought under the Speedy Judgment Act of Baltimore City. Balto. Charter .% P. L. L., sec. 312, et seq. The judgment was entered by default for want of “sufficient pleas and affidavit/7 and extended by the court for $45,622.85.
