The complainant, Julia T. Duffy, secured a final decree for separate maintenance in this cause on March 20th, 1923, by the terms of which the defendant, Francis P. Duffy, was ordered to pay her the annual sum of $520 in equal weekly installments of $10 each as a suitable allowance for the support and maintenance of the complainant and of a daughter of the marriage, who was then of the age of ten years.
