{1 Dallas County Hospital District d/b/a Parkland Health & Hospital System (Parkland) appeals from the March 26, 2010, order of the trial court granting judgment on Plaintiff Miguel R. Ramirez's motion to extinguish liens and apportion settlement funds. This appeal proceeds pursuant to Supreme Court Rule 1.36(a), 12 0.8.
