MEMORANDUM AND ORDER FOR REMAND

HANSON, Chief Judge.

This matter is before the Court by way of the plaintiff’s Motion to Remand filed June 27, 1974. In said motion the plaintiff contends that this action should be remanded to the District Court of the State of Iowa because the defendant failed to remove this matter to this Court within the thirty-day period mandated by Title 28, United States Code, Section 1446(b).
