This case was commenced originally by State Board of Medical Examiners (Medical Board) against Robert E. Olsen, 1 a licensed chiropractor, seeking a declaratory judgment under Minn.- St. c. 555 that the use by defendant of certain devices constitutes the practice of medicine and that their use by a chiropractor is not permitted. 2 For the sake of brevity the devices may be designated as (1) an Aloesine device; (2) a Magason VI device; (3) a Dallans device; and (4) a Liebel-Flarsheim device.
