The suit is to try the title to a tract of land containing about one acre in the Mund Gross survey in Van Zandt County. The entire survey, which is described in its patent as containing 510.6 acres, was owned by James F. Starr. In the year 1876 he caused it to be subdivided into blocks, which were numbered from one to eight, inclusive, and thereafter, on July 9, 1876, and September 17, 1880, he sold and conveyed blocks six and seven to George W.
