This is a suit in equity to obtain the specific performance of an option contained in a contract and deed for the repurchase of real estate conveyed by the appellant, Standard Reliance Insurance Company referred to hereafter as the plaintiff, to C. E. Prevey and Medora A. Prevey, husband and wife, as joint tenants, both of whom were deceased at the commencement of this suit. The defendants are the personal representatives, heirs, devisees, and all other persons interested in the estates of the deceased grantees and optionors.
