Plaintiff Safeco Insurance Company of America brought this suit seeking declaratory judgment against defendant Jennifer Golden. Safeco seeks a judgment declaring that it has no duty to defend or indemnify Golden against a civil suit arising from her husband’s molestation of a minor in *1164their home. The jurisdiction of the court is properly invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1332 (diversity).
