UIDC Management, Inc. v. Sears Roebuck & Co.

This is a contract action between the plaintiffs, UIDC Management, Urban Investment and Development Company, La Salle National Bank, Urban/JMB Partnership and JMB Chicago Centers (collectively referred to as UIDC) and the defendant Sears Roebuck and Company (Sears). UIDC filed a declaratory judgment action seeking a declaration as to who is to perform the exterior maintenance of the areas adjoining the Sears parcel in the shopping center known as Orland Square.
