FACTS
The facts of this case are not in dispute. After the filing of Kenyon Industries, Inc. (Kenyon or Debtor) petition in bankruptcy on June 16, 1988, Roofing Concepts Inc. (RCI) took certain actions to create and perfect a mechanic’s lien against property of the debtor. In pursuit thereof, RCI, in accord with Rhode Island lien law, mailed to Kenyon a “Notice of Intention to Claim *18Lien” on or about June 20, 1988.
