OPINION

POPOVICH, Chief Judge.

Following a jury verdict awarding respondent contract damages for repairs and service to appellant’s airplane, appellant moved for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial. Those motions were denied, and he appealed.

We affirm.

FACTS

Respondent St. Cloud Aviation is a corporation engaged in the sale and service of aircraft and operates the St. Cloud Municipal Airport.
