BancorpSouth Bank ("the Bank") sued Thomas W. Gloor III, alleging that Gloor had defaulted on two promissory notes and seeking to recover on the debts evidenced by those notes. Gloor answered and counterclaimed, alleging breach of contract, fraud, and conversion.
