[¶ 1] Ronald White appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.) granting McTeague, Higbee, Case, Cohen, Whitney & Toker, P.A.’s (McTeague) motion for a summary judgment. White asserts that the court improperly interpreted 14 *623M.R.S.A. § 75B-A1 and, consequently, that his claim against McTeague is not barred by the six-year statute of limitations governing malpractice actions against attorneys. Finding no error, we affirm.
