{1 Canyon Meadows Home Owners Association and individual members of the Association (collectively the Association) appeal the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of New Canyon Meadows, L.C., a limited liability company. The Association argues it was error for the court to rule as a matter of law that language contained within an open space agreement between the Association, Wasatch County, and the original developers of Canyon Meadows did not demonstrate an intention to create an easement that runs with the land.
