At issue are two (2) applications by attorneys for counsel fees, one an Application for interim fees of $24,149.00 in compensation and $416.29 in expenses filed by the firm of Ciardi, Fishbone, and DiDonato (hereinafter “the Ciardi firm”), counsel for the Trustee in this bankruptcy, Anthony Barone, and the second an Application for $60,427.50 in compensation and $2,802.65 in expenses filed by Fred Lowenschuss Associates (hereinafter “Lowenschuss”), counsel for Robert Rumbaugh, a creditor and minority shareholder of the Debtor.
