MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before the Court is the Chapter 7 trustee’s objection to four proofs of claim filed by S & S Farms and affiliates. The basis for the objection is that the claims were filed long after the bar date. Claimants admit the late filing but argue the claims should be deemed timely because they were timely mailed to the Clerk’s office for filing.
