MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

SCHENKIER, United States Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff Grace Olech brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against (1) the Village of Willowbrook and (2) Gary Pret-zer and Phillip Modaff, individually and in their official capacities. The amended complaint alleges that the defendants violated Ms. Olech’s rights as guaranteed by the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
