KELLUM, Judge.

Michael Shane Taylor was arrested and charged with one count of unlawful possession of a controlled substance — hydroco-done — a violation of § 13A-12-212(a)(l), Ala.Code 1975, and one count of the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a violation of § 13A-12-260(c), Ala.Code 1975. Taylor filed a motion to suppress evidence seized from the traffic stop in which the hydrocodone and drug paraphernalia were discovered by police. Following an evi-dentiary hearing, the circuit court granted Taylor’s motion to suppress. Pursuant to Rule 15.7, Ala. R.Crim. P., the State appeals…
