MCWHORTER, PRESIDENT.
Provy J. Crossland died on the first of February, 1901, leaving a liusband, G-eorge T. Crossland, and nine children, and leaving some personal property, as well as real estate, all of which she disposed of by will.. On the 29th day of Auguse, 1901, America Victoria Crossland, one of the heirs, was appointed and qualified as administrator. The said George Crossland claimed a part of the personal property as his own and objected to the appraisers appraising such parts of the property as he claimed to ow-n individually, and objected to the sale thereof by the administrator;…
