Snyder, Judge:

Appeal from a decree of the circuit court of Tucker county, entered May 16, 1882, in a suit therein pending in which G-ranville T. Schoonover was plaintiff and George W. Bright and others were defendants, awarded on the petition of the said George "W". Bright.

The material allegations of the bill are, that the plaintiff and .those under whom he claims title were, in the year 1844, and have been ever since, the owners and in the actual possession of a tract.of land situate in Randolph and Tucker counties, claiming the same under a deed calling for two hundred and twenty-five…
