This suit involves the right of complainants to an easement in the north wall of the Greene County Bank building in Greeneville, Tennessee. Prior to the erection of the new structure, which cost approximately $100,000, there were two lots fronting on Main Street and immediately adjacent to and north of the original bank building. The two lots are referred to in the record as the "Trim Lot" and the "Office Lot".
