[¶ 30.] Z.B. argues that SDCL 22-24B-2 is unconstitutional because it violates his rights to due process.10 The State claims *606that due process concerns are not implicated because the statute must infringe on a liberty interest and Z.B.’s interest in his reputation alone is insufficient. Moreover, the majority asserts that this issue should not even be considered by this Court. Whether a statute requiring a juvenile to register as a sex offender violates due process is a question of first impression in South Dakota.
