Before the court is plaintiffs motion for injunctive relief against the defendant Charles Roy McMillan. Submitted pursuant to Rule 65, 1 Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the United States of America, plaintiff, claims that the defendant has violated the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (hereinafter “FACE”), Title 18 U.S.C. § 248, et seq. 2 By its motion for injunctive relief, the plaintiff asks this court to find that the defendant has violated the statute and to issue a preliminary injunction prohibiting the defendant…
