The United Association Journeymen Plumbers, G-as Fitters, Steam Fitters and Steam Fitters’ Helpers of the United States and Canada, is an unincorporated association with a membership of about thirty thousand. Under its constitution and by-laws it is vested with power to establish local unions throughout the United States and Canada, and to decide all matters pertaining to the jurisdiction of the affiliated local unions.
