I. Introduction
Plaintiff, Scott Linsley, appeals from a judgment awarding attorney fees pursuant to Government Code1 section 12965, subdivision (b) to defendants, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation (Fox), John Suciu, and Gloria Dickey, as the prevailing parties on a claim for unlawful discrimination in violation of the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA). (§ 12900 et seq.)
