OPINION

{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, L. David Burgess (individually, Burgess) and his wife Kathy Burgess, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying their motion for summary judgment and granting the summary judgment motion of defendant-appellee, Erie Insurance Group ("Erie"). Because the trial court properly granted summary judgment to Erie and properly denied plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment, we affirm.
