The within action is made returnable to the court on the first Tuesday of September, 1943. On July 31, 1943, the undersigned, as a judge of the Court of Common Pleas, said court not then being in session, issued a rule to show cause requiring the defendant to appear before him on August 18, 1943, and show cause why the temporary injunction prayed for in the plaintiff's complaint should not issue.
