This action was instituted by writ, summons and complaint dated August 25, 1941, wherein the plaintiff seeks damages of the defendant in the amount of $2,500 and, in addition thereto, a temporary injunction, a permanent injunction, a temporary mandatory injunction, and a permanent mandatory injunction. The action is made returnable to this court on the first Tuesday of October next, 1941.
