In this interlocutory appeal by permission, the Pittsburgh School District’s Board of Public Education (PBE) seeks review of an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County (trial court) denying its motion for summary judgment in a negligence action for personal injuries caused by exposure to asbestos dust.
