Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Elliott Wilk, J.), entered December 5, 1989, which denied defendant’s motion to dismiss the complaint for lack of subject matter and in personam jurisdiction, is unanimously reversed, on the law, the motion to dismiss for lack of in personam jurisdiction is granted and the complaint is dismissed, without costs. Appeal from order of said court entered August 3, 1989, which denied defendant’s motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, is dismissed as academic, without costs.
