Appeal (transferred to this court by order of the Appellate Division, Second Department) from a judg*541ment of the Supreme Court (Martin, J.H.O.) ordering, inter alia, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, entered December 20, 1989 in Dutchess County, upon a decision of the court.
