BROADDUS, Presiding Judge.

This action was instituted by plaintiff, Bernice Staley, against Carl Paddock and R. R. Price, as representatives of a class known as Local 587, Taxicab, Produce Employees, Ambulance and Funeral Drivers, I.B.T.C.W. & H., hereinafter referred to as the Union, a labor organization. Plaintiff is the widow of Glen Staley. Her petition alleges that, as the surviving spouse of Glen Staley, she is entitled to receive from the Union a death benefit of $200.
