Before the Court is Plaintiff, Tony Wen-yu Wang’s (“Wang”) Motion for Remand to State Court, filed December 12, 2007. Clerk’s No. 3. Wang filed a Petition in the Iowa District Court for Polk County on or about November 6, 2007. In the Petition, Wang alleges that Defendants, Pacific Cycle, Inc.
